NYT On The Road
April 2012 marked 10 years that I have illustrated Joe Sharkey’s On the Road column in The New York Times. Joe and I decide on the image without an art director and only a few times in all these years has an editor stepped in. It’s a small, one-column spot and I’ve had to think very economically about the image each week. Here are some of my favorite spots from the past decade.
